Demo Explorer

See the no-access file in three minutes.

A narrated tour of a lead service line replacement program in the Demo Explorer — the worklist, a non-responsive property's drilldown, record-source labels, ledger verification, and the ProofPack export.

The demonstration shows record structure and verification; it is not legal advice or a compliance opinion.
Synthetic demonstration data — City of Alder Run is fictional.

What it shows

  • The program worklist — 25 properties, each with an access record.
  • 300 Cedar St: five attempts, four methods, an absentee owner, no signature — and the complete file anyway.
  • Every event with both timestamps (occurred / recorded) and its record source.
  • Live ledger verification, and the one-click ProofPack export.

Record-source labels

  • Recorded live — captured in the workstream as the event happened.
  • Imported — brought in from another system's timestamped export or log.
  • Entered later — added after the fact from records or notes.
  • Reconstructed — assembled during a review.
  • Unsupported — a status exists, but its support is missing.
  • Derived — calculated from the ledger, never asserted.

Not all records are equal, and the file says so plainly.
